When managers know their own style and how others react to it, they are more likely to get the responses they wish. No one style fills all in management and supervisory task and delegation. What is most important is flexibility of assignment to the correct style and management tone at each point in time, the growth stage of the firm and organization and for differing situations, events and problems to be solved that at hand.
