Often to become the Chef of your success you should start from being cleaner in the kitchen. Arnold Schwarzenegger knew it from the childhood and walked the whole path “from hell to heaven”. He made all ingredients of his success himself and mixed them into a very successful Austrian Schnitzel under American Sauce that we have a chance to relish now. But how did he start his cooking and what helped him to turn simple ingredients to a very tasty and nourishing dish?
Ingredients:
- discipline;
- commitment;
- desire to succeed in everything he does.
To cook the Austrian Schnitzel under American sauce we should take a small Arnold Alois Schwarzenegger and put him to a simple and very poor Austrian family of a police chief Gustav Schwarzenegger and his wife Aurelia Jadrny. Though Arnold is about to prepare a very tasty meat dish, meat itself was a rare dainty in this family (actually he started eating it every day only in army). There was no TV in their house as well as a toilet – it was on the back side of the courtyard. Even a fridge was a great purchase for this family!

Even when a child Arnold started to use main ingredient to his future success – discipline! He decided to become a bodybuilder and visited a gym every day even on weekends when it was closed (Arnold got inside through a window). Combining this ingredient with another one – commitment – young Schwarzenegger started participating in competitions and always was victorious! He didn’t stop after getting first trophies and continued trainings when he was in army (even on maneuvers he kept a home-made bar in the tank and trained every morning and every evening instead of going sleep!). Arnold could find hundreds of excuses not to train, but instead he looked for opportunities.

After army Arnold started working for a fitness-club… and lived there for some time because couldn’t afford to rent an apartment. All of this was just a preparation before the cooking process! Yes, Arnold prepared himself for the great success thoroughly: when he moved to USA, he impressed the “chefs” of body-building industry and became Mr. Olympia!

However, even becoming the greatest bodybuilder in the world could not catch Arnold’s fancy; it was just a raw piece of meat which became a tasty roasted schnitzel when Mr Schwarznegger started appearing on the big screen. Producers were impressed by his muscular posture and the ability to learn very fast: Arnold learned English language, attended acting courses. The scenes with him were taken no more than in a few takes!

After “Conan the Barbarian” success was ready: the whole world could taste this dish and was conquered with the nourishing roasted taste of the true Austrian Schnitzel Under American Sauce! Arnold was used to working a lot, so he decided to make his dish of success even tastier and to add some originally American sauce – becoming the 38th Governor of California, and did it very successfully (enough to be re-elected for the second term).

Being very successful in all his activities: body-building, acting, politics and a number of businesses – Arnold became a millionaire (his fortune is estimated over $200 millions). I bet today he can buy lots of fridges
The Tastiest:
I bet you all wonder why didn’t we mention the main movie where Arnold starred? The movie that gave him the popularity that can hardly be evaluated. That very movie that gave the whole world his famous quote (I feel almost stupid to have to put it here, so obvious it is to everyone) – “I’ll be back”.

Though Arnold did not act too well in The Terminator (don’t tell me you didn’t know what movie I was speaking about) his character in that blockbuster is unforgettable. Later he did some interesting but pretty usual actions like Commando
, Predator, The Running Man and Red Heat
(all very popular, but not too original).
After that he realized that making fun can be also very and very interesting, so Arnold used his usual character (brutal justice defender) in unusual settings: Twins, Kindergarten Cop
, The Last Action Hero
, Junior
, True Lies
, Jingle All the Way
, Around the World in 80 Days…

Ah there has been so many good movies with him. Non of them is actually deep or too intellectual, but almost every one is incredibly interesting
